This page explains how to delete your Fox Ludo account and the data attached to it. It is for players of the Fox Ludo app on Android and iPhone.

Delete your account inside the app (fastest)

Open Fox Ludo and sign in.
Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
Confirm. You are signed out on every device right away.

What happens next

At once: your account is closed. You cannot sign in, play, or be found by other players, and your push notifications stop.
After 14 days: we permanently erase your personal data. Until then you can change your mind by emailing us (below). After that, it cannot be undone.

What we erase

Your profile: name, date of birth, avatar, country, state and city, username, email address and mobile number.
Your sign-in links to Google, Apple or Telegram, and your password.
Your device and push-notification records, and the hashed network and device signals we use to spot cheating.
Your friends list, friend requests, invites, blocks, and reports you made.
Your messages to the support bot and your support tickets.
Any Dare photos or videos you sent (these are also deleted automatically a few days after a Dare ends).
Your characters, boards, Stars balance and other things you collected.

What we may keep

Purchase records (what was bought, when, and the store's receipt reference). We keep these for accounting, tax and refund reasons. After erasure they are no longer linked to your name, email or mobile number.
Plain records of our own actions, such as the fact that an account was deleted and, where needed, safety reports other players made about an account. These do not contain your profile details.
Your Stars history stays only as anonymous numbers with no name or contact attached.

If a Dare photo or video of yours is under review after a report, we wait until that review window closes (at most 30 days) before erasing it.

Cannot open the app? Ask us to delete it

Email [email protected] from the email address on your account, or use this form. We will reply to the contact you give to check that the account is yours before we delete it, so please use the email or mobile number you signed up with.

Sending this form does not delete anything by itself. It only asks our team to check and act. Requests are limited to a few per person per ten minutes.
