These terms apply when you use the Fox Ludo website (foxludo.com), the browser demo, the Fox Ludo apps, and when you ask about or buy Fox Ludo software. By using them you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

1. Who we are

Fox Ludo is a product of Infodesk (infodesk.tech). In these terms "we" and "us" mean Infodesk. You can reach us at [email protected].

2. Playing Fox Ludo

• The public Fox Ludo game on this website and in our public apps is played with virtual coins and diamonds. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be sold or transferred outside the game.
• Rewards in tournaments on our public service are virtual and shown on each tournament's page.
• The service is meant for people aged 13 and over. If you are under 18, please use it with a parent's or guardian's permission.
• You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe.

3. Acceptable use

Please do not:

• cheat, exploit bugs, use bots or automation, or share accounts to gain an advantage;
• harass other players, or use abusive names or voice chat;
• try to break, overload or reverse-engineer our service, or access data that is not yours;
• use the service for anything unlawful.

Our Fair Play Policy explains how we handle breaches. We may warn, restrict or close accounts that break these terms.

4. Buying Fox Ludo software

• Fox Ludo is also sold to businesses in packages (Starter, White Label and Full Setup). Package contents and prices are described on our Buy Fox Ludo page.
• Each sale is governed by a written agreement or invoice between you and Infodesk. If it differs from the website, the agreement or invoice applies.
• Delivery times are estimates. Approval of an app by Google Play or the Apple App Store is decided by Google and Apple, not by us, and we cannot promise a date or an outcome.
• Costs such as domain names, servers and developer accounts are paid by the buyer to their own providers unless the agreement says otherwise.
• Rules for games and promotions differ between countries. The buyer is responsible for complying with the laws that apply to their own business and market, and we recommend taking local legal advice.

5. Third-party services

Parts of the service rely on third parties, for example hosting and network providers, push notifications, sign-in providers and real-time voice. Their own terms apply to those services.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep Fox Ludo running, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or remove features, and update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Using the service after a change means you accept it.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of virtual items, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Infodesk is registered, unless a written agreement with you states otherwise.
