Fair Play Policy
Last updated: October 2026 · Fox Ludo is a product of Infodesk (infodesk.tech)
Everyone should be able to trust that a match is decided by play, not by tricks. This is how Fox Ludo keeps matches fair, and what we expect from players.
How the game stays fair
- The server decides. Dice rolls and moves are generated and checked on our game server, not on your phone. A modified app cannot change a result.
- Same rules for everyone. Turn order, timers, captures and safe squares are enforced identically in every match.
- Reconnect protection. If your connection drops mid-match, you can rejoin the same match.
Bots in live tables
In live tables, empty seats can be filled by computer-controlled players after a few seconds so that nobody waits long for a match. Bots follow the same rules as everyone else. Private tables and tournaments you set up with friends are played by the people you invite.
What is not allowed
- Cheating tools, modified apps, scripts, bots or any automation of your own turns.
- Collusion, for example agreeing with another player to help each other win, or sharing an account.
- Using several accounts to gain rewards or advantages.
- Exploiting bugs instead of reporting them.
- Abuse, threats or hate in names, chat or voice.
What happens if rules are broken
Depending on how serious it is, we may warn you, cancel results or rewards from a match, restrict features, or suspend or close the account. Repeat or serious cases can mean a permanent ban. If you think we made a mistake, tell us and we will review it.
Reporting a problem
Use Menu → Support in the app, or email [email protected] with the match details and what you saw. See also our Terms of Use and Healthy Play page.
